iAR took place in the conference held by Sodena at the Hotel Pamplona el Toro under the title: “Generating a company, connecting people – Taldeak eraikitzen”.
Next to a hundred professionals linked to companies supported by the public society of the Government of Navarra participated in the conference, focused on cooperation and team management.
Sodena has gathered this Friday at the Hotel Pamplona el Toro a hundred professionals linked to the companies to which it has given financial support. The cluster of these companies employs a total of 1,832 people. The opening of this meeting was led by the regional vice president of Economic Development, Manu Ayerdi, who has encouraged those present to implement in their organizations a management system based on people and business cooperation.
“People do business, that’s why we wanted to bring you here today to those who make it happen,” he said, adding that “human capital is the most valuable asset of companies.”

The French national innovation competition promoted by ERDF, and open to startups and innovative SMEs, held last September 17 in Toulouse the national final of the theme “Technician 3.0”. The team formed by iAR and Sirea was awarded for its project, OMERE, with the second prize, and in this way it is classified for the grand final that will take place at the end of November in Paris. This time our colleagues will compete with the 3 winners from the 8 different themes proposed within the contest. Only 4 of the 24 finalists finally awarded in Paris. Good luck, team!
This contest, organized by the ERDF in collaboration with the Interpole Smart Grids of France (which regroup 10 groups whose mission is to accompany and promote the industrial sector of Smart Grids in France), is part of the initiative dedicated to smart grids which is among the 34 Plans of the “New Industrial France” launched by the Government in 2013.
